UPGRADING BREWHOUSE
Progress continues. The new equipment is now sitting in place - the bigger tanks look just great on the new concrete pad. Before it is hooked up and ready to brew we need electrics, plumbing, with walls lined and water-proofed. But we are on track for completion in early March
This upgrade is going to allow us to produce much bigger batches of beer, so hopefully we can change from chasing our tails trying to keep up with production to chasing new customers.
SEASONAL RELEASES
The Belgian Blonde has been a huge hit at festivals over summer, and we are hoping we have enough left to get us through the events listed above. Planning is underway for the next one, probably something black for winter... but we'll keep you in the loop.
